Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the matrimonial Case No. 230 of 2004 (Sudama Yadav Vs. Dharamshila), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge Senior Division, Room No. 18, District- Deoria to decide the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
