By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to decide the Revision No. 49- B/C20171500317 of 2016 (Parvati vs. Sudama Devi and another), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, to decide Revision No. 49- B/C20171500317 of 2016 (Parvati vs. Sudama Devi and another), in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
