JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is aggrieved with her failure in the 1st and 2nd semester examination of the B.Tech. Course held in 2013. She seeks for revaluation of the answer papers in which she failed. The University has filed a statement, wherein it has been categorically stated that, the University had already conducted revaluation and the petitioner failed to qualify in such revaluation also. The University has also categorically stated that there is no provision for a second revaluation. It is trite that without provision for second revaluation, the University could not order such 2nd revaluation. The petitioner had applied under a valid provision and failed to qualify in the same, despite her papers being revalued., petitioner cannot again and again seek such revaluation.
Writ petition is, hence, dismissed.
