Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the provisions of the Forest Act under which the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged do not constitute any offence.
As jointly prayed by learned counsel for the parties, list this case on 4.4.2016.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the Case Crime No.22 of 2016, under sections 32, 33, 41(2), 42, 69 Indian Forest Act, 1927, Police Station Kharkaunda, District Meerut.
