JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2099 of 2010 Between:
M/s. Suchirindia Properties (P) Limited, Rep. by its Chief Manager (Legal) Mr. D. narendra Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. District Collector (Panchayat Wing), Medak District at Sanga Reddy, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
