ORDER:
This company petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent company.
Both parties have filed a joint memo with USR.No.1366 of 2014 signed by their representatives as well as their counsel, wherein they have reduced the terms and conditions of the compromise entered into between them into writing. The parties have also filed a photocopy of memorandum of compromise.
The joint memo and the memorandum of compromise are placed on record with the direction that the same shall form part of the record.
The company petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above-mentioned joint memo and the memorandum of compromise.
As a sequel to the disposal of the company petition, company application Nos.941 and 942 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
