JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Ms.Bhoomi M. Thakore, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.P. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Considering the averments made in the application and, more particularly, the statement made in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit-in-reply, the respondent-company has admitted that it has received an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- from the petitioner. Except the contention that there is financial crunch, no other contention is raised in the affidavit-in-reply.
3. Hence, the matter was admitted vide order dated 19.03.2012 and the order of publication of advertisement was deferred in order to see that the respondent may be given an opportunity to make payment or even if not the full payment, at-least come out with some schedule of payment.
4. Mr.K.P.
Vaishnav, learned counsel for the respondent however, expressed his inability to make any such statement, on instructions from the respondent.
5. Hence, notice of winding up may be published in two newspapers, namely, 'DNA' in English, Ahmedabad Edition and 'Sambhav' in Gujarati, Ahmedabad Edition. Publication in the Government Gazette is dispensed with.
6. The Official Liquidator attached to this Court is hereby appointed as provisional liquidator for taking possession of the assets and properties of the company and to submit his report to this Court.
