It is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioners that present petitioner - original plaintiff was employee of one M/s. Supretendence Company of India Pvt. Ltd. and suit premises was occupied by the said company and original plaintiff was in possession of the said premises as tenant. It is further submitted that thereupon, the company wound up and shifted to Mumbai, but the petitioner herein - original plaintiff was in occupation of the suit premises since more than 30 years and rent is regularly paid by the petitioner herein - original plaintiff.
In view of above, Notice and Notice as to interim relief returnable on 26.12.2012.
