This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, against the order, dated 19.11.1991, made in I.A.No.784 of 1991, in O.S.No.172 of 1987, on the file of Subordinate Court, Sankagiri.
