JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders of ratification on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 29.03.2016, to enable the second and third respondents to execute sale deeds in pursuance to their letter R.C.No.411/C/11-13 dated 11.06.2012 in favour of the petitioner for developed Plot Nos.104 to 108 measuring an extent of 4.559 Acres in SIDCO Industrial Estate of Kakallur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26881 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016 wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to submit one more representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks and the third respondent, on receipt of the same, was directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, in the light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.21, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (C) Department, dated 29.03.2016 and pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a similar direction may be passed in this writ petition also.
4.The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the said representation made by the petitioner is available on the respondents and the same shall be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law.
5.By considering the above facts and circumstances and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26681 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court permits the petitioner to make one more representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the third respondent, on receipt of the said representation, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this representation. Thereafter, the third respondent shall send necessary report to the first respondent to pass suitable orders for the petitioner's representation and the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the report from the third respondent.
