1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Shah for the applicant.
2. In present application, the applicant has prayed for below mentioned relief:
"4(A) To allow the present application and pass on order treating the opponents 2(B) to 2(E) as the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondents 2(A) in Special Civil Application No.22832 of 2005 and by amending the cause title of the Special Civil Application accordingly."

Having regard to the submission made by learned advocate for the applicant and on examination of the record, it appears that on earlier occasion i.e. upon sad demise of Ms.Pannaben Jagmohandas Parikh, the persons in whose respect present application is taken out i.e. persons mentioned at Sr. No.2(B) to 2(E) are already impeaded as party respondents in Special Civil Application No.22832 of 2005. It appears that now on account of sad demise of Mr.Jagmohandas, present application has been taken out with a request to implead his heirs/legal representatives on record who are the same persons who, as mentioned above, are already impleaded on record as party respondents, on earlier occasion i.e. on death of Ms.Pannaben. Therefore any fresh order is now not required.
4. Accordingly present application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
