The present application has been filed by the applicant-accused under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for regular bail.
The applicant accused is charged with having committed offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, for which, FIR has been lodged being I-C.R.No.162/2003 at Karanj Police Station, Ahmedabad.
Learned counsel, Mr.Hanif Shaikh for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file fresh application before the Sessions Court as now the chargesheet is filed. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
