Admittedly, on the same facts and seeking the same relief another petition was filed bearing Matters Under Article 227 No.- 1232 of 2019, which was dismissed by means of the order dated 22.2.2019 passed by this Court.
The order dated 22.2.2019 passed by this Court is as under:
"After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
In view of the abovesaid facts, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage."
The second petition on the same facts will not lie as no leave was granted by the Court to file a fresh petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
