HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.Nos.243 of 2014 & 246 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:
These two petitions are disposed of by a common order.
C.M.P.No.243 of 2014 is filed to withdraw A.S.No.87 of 2013 from the file of XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and to transfer to any other competent court.
C.M.P.No.246 of 2014 is filed to withdraw A.S.No.86 of 2013 from the file of XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and to transfer to any other competent court.
Since the grounds for transfer in both these petitions are one and the same and parties are also one and the same, both petitions are disposed of by way of Common Order.
Heard both sides.
From the submissions of both sides, it appears since the Presiding Officer insisted to argue these two appeals and as no adjournment was given to the satisfaction of the petitioner herein, these two petitions are filed seeking transfer of them on the ground that petitioner lost confidence in that court.
Advocate for respondent submitted that though the grounds raised for transfer is not tenable one and as the matter would be delayed, he has no objection for transferring the cases to any other competent court having jurisdiction.
Considering the same, both the appeals A.S.Nos.86 of 2013 and 87 of 2013 are withdrawn from the file of XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transferred to VI Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-20th Additional Chief Judge, Secunderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
Accordingly, these two Transfer C.M.Ps. are disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of these two Transfer C.M.Ps., the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
