Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr. R.S.Sanjanwala.

He pointed out from the order impugned dated 4.6.2012 relying on the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Khatri and others etc. vs. State of Bihar and others reported in AIR 1981 SC 1068 that the statements made to the police in a criminal complaint under Section 162, when sought to be produced for confronting the witness in the cross-examination on the ground of admissibility and the relevance both, Court has denied such an opportunity.

Notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 27.6.2012.
