Subhashbhai vs State

1. Learned advocate appearing for applicant has submitted that he does not press this application at this stage. Interim relief is granted by this Court as the applicant has preferred quashing petition before this Court and this Court has passed order that no coercive steps should be taken.

2. In view of above, the application stands disposed as not pressed. Rule is discharged accordingly. Interim relief shall stand vacated. If any occasion arise, the applicant is at liberty to file application.
