JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. A.S.Supehia, learned advocate for the petitioners. The petitioners are retired employees of Respondent No.6 Nagarpalika and from their bank account amount is recovered, even without intimation to the petitioners.
2. Prima facie, the action of the Respondent No.6 appears to be very high­handed. It is indicated that the impugned action is taken on the instructions of Director of Municipality.
3. Learned AGP Ms.Chandarana requests for some time. List on 21.12.2012.
