2. This petition has been filed praying for a mandamus to be issued to the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has not made any representation to the authority concerned for issuance of a writ or for its maintainability in the High Court to be considered.
4. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after making appropriate representation.
