Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of the day.
In the second paragraph of the order dated 06.12.2021 in place of "case crime no. 1160/2021", it be read as "case crime no. 1160/2020" and in the seventh paragraph of the same order in place of "applicant Subham Kannauiya", it be read as "applicant Subham Kannaujiya".
Office is also directed to correct the name of applicant accordingly.
The correction application is hereby allowed.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
