Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for State and perused the material available on record.
This is the second bail application moved by accused-appellant Subhash in appeal against the judgement and order dated 13.05.2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Farrukhabad in Session Trial No. 181 of 2014 (State vs. Subhash) arising out of Case Crime No. 237 of 2013, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kampil, District Farrukhabad.
Evidently, the first bail application moved by accused-appellant Subhash was rejected by Hon'ble Karuna Nand Bajpayee,J (now retired).
There is no new ground in bail application except detention of accused in jail.
I do not find any good ground to enlarge the accused-appellant on bail in the second bail application.
The second bail application moved on behalf of the accused-appellant Subhash is accordingly rejected.
The appeal is directed to be listed for final hearing in the month of November, 2021 before appropriate Bench along with other connected matters.
