Following orders were passed in the matter on 22.7.2019:-
"Grievance is that though petitioners have been transferred on their personal request but they are not being relieved.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtained in the matter. Post as fresh on 29.7.2019.
It would be open for the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions as to whether petitioners' transfer was in terms of the transfer policy?"
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahar has already examined the petitioner's grievance and in the absence of complete details, appropriate order has not been passed.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioners to make a fresh representation, annexing all materials in support of their claim, before the respondent no. 5, within a period of one week from today. Alongwith representation, petitioners will disclose their personal numbers and other details relating to their transfer. The authority concerned shall examine the petitioners grievance with regard to their relieving and pass an appropriate reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
