In response to the same, Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate appears today on behalf of respondent No.2 District Development Officer, Valsad and states that affidavit has been prepared, however, the same is not attested. Mr.Munshaw, learned advocate, is directed to give an advance copy of the affidavit to Mr.Trivedi, learned advocate for the petitioner, during course of the day and the affirmed affidavit shall be placed on record of the present petition on or before 05.09.2012. If the same is not placed before that day, earlier directions issued by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2012 shall have to be complied by SCA/6710/2012 2/2 ORDER respondent No.2District Development Officer, Valsad. Mr.Munshaw, learned advocate, assures this Court that this order shall be communicated to respondent No.2. S.O. to 05.09.2012.
