ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents more particularly the second respondent in interfering with the civil disputes relating to the property admeasuring Ac.16.28 gunts comprised in Sy.No.145 Part, situated at Balapur village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, owned by the petitioner and his family members and also in interfering with the investigation relating to Crime Nos. 391 of 2006 and 402 of 2006 pending with the third respondent.
This Court by order dated 01.03.2007 gave liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the first respondent and on receipt of the same, the first respondent was directed to get it enquired through any superior officer not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police or by himself and take appropriate action thereon and submit a report within four weeks from the date of filing such representation.
Pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crimes, Cyberabad conducted an enquiry and submitted a report to the first respondent on 23.03.2007 wherein it was stated that Sri G. Anantha Reddy, the then ACP of Ibrahimpatnam had overreached himself in civil dispute without any written complaint thereon. In view of the said enquiry report dated 23.03.2007 submitted to the first respondent, disciplinary action was proposed against the said officer. In view of the same, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
