JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Kartikeya Pandey has filed his power on behalf of the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
By means of this writ petition an order dated 6.7.2012 has been challenged. The writ petition suffer from latches of almost one and half years. There is absolutely nothing in the writ petition which may be construed as explaining this inordinate delay.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks time to file supplementary affidavit.
