Heard Sri Dharm Vir Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Dharmendra Vaish, learned counsel for the respondent-bank.
First, a request was made to adjourn the case on account of some personal difficulty of Sri Satendra Kumar. We decline the request made, as Sri Dharm Vir Jaiswal has also filed vakalatnama in the present matter.
Otherwise on merits, we find that earlier the writ petition being Writ C No.-21546 of 2019 (Subhash Rathaur Vs State of U.P. And 3 Others) was disposed of on 08.07.2019 requiring the petitioners to deposit the entire amount of Rs.34,90,810/- in a time bound manner. Admittedly, the amount Rs.30,00,000/- has not been deposited as directed. This petition being the second petition for the same relief, cannot be entertained.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
