Petitioner in the present case has merely prayed for the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Registrar, Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra to complete verification of B.Ed certificate of the petitioner having done from Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra in session 2004-05."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in other writ petitions of identical nature i.e. Writ-A No. 3468 of 2019 (Sunil Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others), following the judgement delivered by this Court in Writ A No. 1990 of 2019 (Satish Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others) decided on 07.02.2019, with the direction to respondent no.2/Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, through its Registrar to consider the representation of the petitioner therein. The petitioner has also relied upon another judgement of this Court in Writ A. No. 9169 of 2019 passed in identical circumstances.
The petitioner has applied to the University for verification of degree, Annexure No.-3 to the writ petition and prays the verification of degree by the University.
Sri Gagan Mehta, learned counsel for the University submits that he has no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ-A No. 1990 of 2019 (Satish Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others).
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself in terms of the order passed in Satish Kumar Singh (supra) directing the respondent No.5/Examination Controller, Dr. Bheem Rao, Ambedkar University Agra, to pass order in accordance with law with regard to the B.Ed certificate of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that after passing the necessary orders, the respondent no.1 will communicate the same to the respondent no. 3/District Basic Education Officer, Balrampur, who will pass the order, thereafter.
