This petition for writ is before us to have the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to restrain the respondent no. 5 not to construct the house near the Ganga River under the distance from 200 meters radios.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to demolish the constructed house of the respondent no. 5 which is built under the distance of 200 meters near Ganga River."
On going through the petition for writ, we are of the considered opinion that the same lacks better particulars. It is also pertinent to note that nothing has been stated with regard to the alleged construction said to be going on close to river Ganga. In view of it, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
The petitioner, however, is at liberty to approach the competent Administrative Authorities for redressal of the grievance agitated in the petition for writ.
