Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Petition has been filed against the order dated 4 January 2018 passed by the third respondent-Joint Magistrate/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Chhata, District Mathura, cancelling the fair price shop of the petitioner.
Learned standing counsel, at the outset, submits that the impugned order is appealable.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take alternative remedy.
