Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel represents the respondent nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel represents the respondent no.1.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
The sole submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents though had released the pension to the petitioner, however, the interest is not paid on delayed disbursement of pension.
In this regard, the petitioner has approached the respondent nos.1 and 2 but no heed is paid by the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner, for which the petitioner will submit a detail representation within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In case, if the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same be disposed of, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of.
