The solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his appeal against the order dated 22.09.2020 being appeal no. C- 20200105-1142/2020 filed before the respondent no. 3, has remained pending since 22.09.2020.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for a counter affidavit.
Without entering into merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 3, the said authority shall proceed to decide the appeal pending before him since 22.09.2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
