By this petition for writ, a direction is sought to change the place of a booth relating to polling of Land Management Committee.
The place to have polling booth is to be decided by the competent authority by taking into consideration various aspects and merely on the count that an another place is convenient for the petitioner cannot be a reason to issue any direction as prayed for.
No case is made out for interference in public interest litigation jurisdiction of this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed.
