Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, District Meerut to decide the Complaint Case No. 565 of 2017 (Subhash Chandra Vs. Brijbhushan and others), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Saroorpur, District Meerut, within stipulated period.
The contention is that a complaint, lodged by the applicant, is pending before the court concerned since 2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, District Meerut to consider and decide the aforesaid case of applicant expeditiously.
