Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the contempt petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take remedy against the order dated 7 August 2019, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Gorakhpur, in compliance of the writ court order.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
