The learned Standing Counsel has produced the copy of the instructions received by the office dated 5th October, 2018 sent by the Superintendent of Police on behalf of Inspector General of Police, P.A.C., U.P. Lucknow, the order impugned has been recalled by the respondent.
In view of the instructions so received, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The instructions dated 5th October, 2018 is kept on record.
A copy of the instructions shall be given to the counsel for the petitioner as well.
