The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the second respondent to provide Form A-1 under the Arms Rules, 2016 to enable the petitioner to apply for fresh arms licence.
No provision has been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner that such form has to be provided by the Licensing Authority.
Under the circumstances, the petitioner can obtain the requisite form from a vendor or may get it typed in the prescribed form so as to make an application.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
