The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recall application which he had filed for recalling the order dated 1.11.2018 may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the application filed by the petitioner on 1.11.2018 for recalling the order dated 1.11.2018 be decided expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
