1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, being Case No. T201914360107570 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Laljeet), instituted on the complaint of the present petitioner, has remained pending before respondent no.1/Tehsildar (Judicial) Shahganj, District - Jaunpur, since 19.12.2019.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the aforesaid case may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
