The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 26.02.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.10769 of 2010 (Subhash Chandra Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and others).
From perusal of the record, it is clear that either the order of the writ court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest to proceed with the matter.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
