In terms of order of the Writ-Court dated 23.7.2018, the opposite party was obliged to take final decision on the basis of enquiry within three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that a certified copy of order was submitted in the office of opposite party on 27.7.2018. However, it was not sent by registered post and thus, it is not clear whether opposite party is having knowledge of the order of the Writ-Court or not.
This Court is not inclined to proceed in contempt at this stage but leaves it open to the applicant to serve certified copy of order of the Writ-Court alongwith certified copy of this order upon opposite party by registered post and in the event, even thereafter the matter is not decided within next three weeks, it shall be open to the applicant to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
