Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner wants that his representation dated 23.6.2018 addressed to the respondent No.2 be directed to be decided within a time-bound period.
The aforesaid representation reveals that the petitioner had purchased some land from the private respondent No.3 and that the said respondent is not providing any land after proper development. A reading of the aforesaid representation clearly reveals that dispute as raised by the petitioner in the representation is of a private nature between the petitioner and the respondent No.3, with which, State authorities have no concern.
In view of the above, we do no deem it fit to issue any directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation moved by the petitioner. The petitioner is free to take legal action against the respondent No.3.
The writ petition is dismissed with the above observations.
