List has been revised. Out of four counsel, three counsel are not present. Sri Himanshu Shekhar has sent illness slip. Though by order dated 7.7.2006 this Court directed that the case shall not be adjourned on the illness slip of the counsel for the petitioner but even then adjournments were granted on several occasions on the ground of illness slip of Sri Himanshu Shekhar.
It appears from the order dated 29.3.2000 that a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner. By now the said suit must have been decided. In view of this the petitioner has no interest in the matter and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as having been infructous.
