Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This appeal has been filed against the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, Allahabad in Bail Application No. 5685 of 2018 (Bablu Bind Vs. State of U.P.) whereby the bail application of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 10 was allowed in Case Crime No. 34 of 2018 under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) (ka) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Bahariya, District Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the appellant contended that injured has sustained several grievous injuries, even though trial court has passed the impugned order.
None of the aforesaid offences against respondents is punishable with imprisonment for more than seven years.
Accordingly, I find no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the trial court.
In result the appeal is dismissed summarily.
