The only prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"A. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018."
We have perused the representation which make grievance about the inclusion of forty eight names in the voters' list. We are informed that the elections were held on 29.1.2018. In view thereof, this writ petition renders infructuous. Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
