Heard Shri Anil Bhushan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to respondents to count the services of the petitioners for the purposes of pension from 1987 to 1994.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the petitioners to move appropriate application ventilating their grievances before the second respondent within one week and in case any such application is preferred within the stipulated period, the authority concerned would definitely proceed and decide the same in accordance with law preferably within two months thereafter.
