Sri Mithilesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in view of the general mandamus issued by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2021 in Writ-C No.13298 of 2020 he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter in terms of the general mandamus issued in Writ-C No.13298 of 2020 vide order dated 05.01.2021.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
