The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.T-20171436580110 (Subedar Vs. Dheerendra & Ors.) under section 36(i) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Shahganj, District Jaunur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.T- 20171436580110 (Subedar Vs. Dheerendra & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
