Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the complaint dated 21.8.2018 and also direct the respondent no. 3 to complaint no. 91919000010428 dated 6.10.2019 within stipulated time.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the instructions dated 22.8.2021, which is taken on record.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the complaint dated 21.8.2018 on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a self verified copy of this order provided there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
