1. Sri R.L. Yadav holding brief for Sri Satya Prakash, Advocate, whose name has been shown in the cause list as the learned Counsel for the plaintiff-appellant, states that despite repeated complications having been sent to the plaintiff-appellant, the plaintiff-appellant has not contacted Sri Satya Prakash for giving instructions in the matter.

2. In the circumstances, Sri Satya Prakash has no further instructions in the matter.

3. In view of the statement made by Sri R.L. Yadav holding brief for Sri Satya Prakash, Advocate, whose name has been shown in the cause list as the learned Counsel for the plaintiff-appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
