JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has died. Further submitted that the respondents have been filed the writ appeal before the Division Bench of this Court, in respect of the petitioner's case and the said writ appeal is in SR Stage 2. Though the writ appeal has been filed against the batch of writ petitions, the contempt petition is not maintainable regarding the legal heirs of the petitioner.
In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file contempt petition, if he is aggrieved over the order to be passed in the writ appeal.
