This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the Charge Sheet which has been taken on file as C.C.No.141 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that C.C.No.141 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli which is under challenge in this Criminal Original petition, has been disposed of on 06.12.2014 itself.
